Our group lessons are part of our unique TogetherFIT programme, offering a wide range of training possibilities for beginners as well as more experienced people. TogetherFIT includes Health & Core, Strength, Body & Mind, Cardio and Power & Fun. Group lessons range from yoga and dance to indoor cycling, pump, cardio and much more.
